High pressure down-the-hole hammer (without food valve)
This is the king of our latest design bottomless valve high pressure DTH hammer. It is also one of the most advanced down-the-hole hammers in the world.
It has the following advantages:
1. Troubleshoot bottom valve breakage and expansion and contraction failures;
2. Low energy consumption and high impact frequency. Drilling speed is 15-30% higher than that with bottom valve;
3. Simple structure, reliable parts, long service life, convenient maintenance and low price;
4. Low gas consumption and fuel consumption, about 10% lower than those with bottom valves.
Depending on your requirements, the top sub can be made with two wrenches and an air control hole can be drilled in the check valve to provide more efficient cuttings drainage.
