Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Seal Hydraulic Cylinder Seal

Short Description:

The Gray ring consists of a rubber O-ring and a PTFE ring. O-rings apply force, and the Glai rings are double-acting pistons sealed. Low friction, no creeping, small starting force, high pressure resistance. It can be divided into hole with grid to circle and shaft grid to circle. Can be used as a double-acting piston seal

Product material

PTFE+NBR PTFE+FKM PU+NBR PU+FKM graphite+NBR graphite+FKM

Scope of application

Pressure: ≤600bar Speed: ≤15m/s
Temperature: -30°C-+130°C (O-ring with NBR butadiene rubber)
-30°C-+200°C (O-ring with fluoroelastomer FKM)
Fluids: High compatibility, compatible with almost all fluid media (provided the correct O-ring material is selected)

Product Features

1.  A dynamic seal that guarantees excellent low friction and high speed performance, its chemical resistance is superior to all other thermoplastics and elastomers, compatible with almost all liquid materials, and the side groove ensures that the pressure load of the O-ring is strengthened under any working conditions.
2. The static O-ring element on the inside has the characteristics of low permanent deformation.
3. No stick-slip movement trend.
4. Space-saving structure and simple groove design.
5. High compatibility, compatible with almost all fluids (in the case of correct selection of O-ring material)
6. High extrusion resistance.
7. Excellent high temperature resistance.

Installation

We recommend that you use a special installation tool. If you need to twist the PTFE ring during installation, please follow the following steps to install.

But because the distortion will affect the sealing performance, so please control in the most dangerous range.

Step 1: Insert the back ring into the groove

Step 2: Use your finger or seal mounting tool to shape the slip ring into a heart shape. Please be careful and do not overdo it.

The third step: the slip ring into the groove, along the inside of the slip ring to the outer direction of the push, so that it is restored.

Step 4: Insert the push rod (or piston rod) several times to correct the deformation around the slip ring.

Note: It is recommended to use two piston guide rings for long forming cylinders and one guide ring for short trips under low radial loads. For special applications requiring high temperatures or resistance to chemicals, the piston seal is composed of a PTFE additive and a fluorine rubber sealing ring material.
